I love this so much! Kitchen Boss didn't disappoint at all. We literally use this daily. One of the nicest things I have to say for me personally I like to use it to prep my b-b-q meats. I get home from the meat market with all my fresh cuts, season them and then use the "inching" vac suction and seal it. This allows me to get just enough air out without squeezing the juices out of the meat. I then let the meat sit overnight and all the seasoning really soaks in. Everyone is asking me what I'm doing to get the meat so tender and truly this little bad $$$ machine is the entire reason. I see this being gifted out for birthdays/ Christmas 100%.
