The ability to model complex processes using UML diagrams makes it easier than ever before in getting buy-in from stakeholders when looking at improving operational efficiency or customer experience.
It's also excellent if you're working with someone who has little knowledge about BPM but needs some help visualising how their systems work together. There isn't anything I dislike as much! You need quite good technical skills to use this software effectively though - so make sure that your team can do all those things too :) We've been able to quickly identify which part of our system was causing delays during peak hours and have then changed accordingly without having to wait for months whilst we built something new.
