DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A SMALL NOSE
These septum clickers look very nice in the pictures and are a normal size but when I received them the bottom two were very large and I have a very small nose so that just didn't look nice although the other two were good. not recommended if you have a small nose you probably won't even wear the bottom two because they are huge
