I bought this to use with my 27" Apple Thunderbolt Display but it doesn't work with the display. On the 2016 MacBook Pro (Catalina) the video is shaky and flickers. There is no video at all on the 2020 M1 Mac Mini (Big Sur) Both devices work fine when connected as follows: Thunderbolt Display > Apple Thunderbolt Cable > Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 -Adapter > Mac, but when I inserted this cable to avoid wear and tear on my connectors, the video doesn't work : Thunderbolt Display > Apple Thunderbolt Cable > Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter > IVANKY- Extension cord > Mac Otherwise the cord is very nice and feels high quality, it just didn't do what I needed it to do.
