Where has that thing been all my life? I have a cramped space at my kitchen table that I use as an office. The only way I could accommodate an ergonomic chair was to remove the armrests, which caused work fatigue. I'm a writer and I sit at this desk many, many hours a day. These armrests support my arms perfectly! They are simply screwed to the edge of the table, they can be rotated at the angle of the forearms. Also, the lip I have to screw it onto is only 2 inches deep, which was an issue, but it's not an issue. It works great. If I want to use the table, I can turn my hands inside and hold them. put it on the table or take it off. They come back so fast it doesn't really matter. Nobel prize. Serious. Brilliant.
