Never properly initialized.
This motor works but does not fully relearn the top position. I contact them about a month after I had it because I was able to wear it until then and that's when I found out it was bad. They send me instructions on how to deinitialize and how to initialize properly and it didn't work. They never came back to me, I wish they would replace it.
