Polygel is new to me. I've been watching it for a while now and was curious to try it. This was my first set and I was dying to try it. I used the tester on nails that were already painted just to see the thickness, how durable it was and if my light would work. I have a 24W UV nail lamp. I tried it on my little finger and of course it's not perfect, I didn't try to make it perfect, I was just testing the quality, strength and my light just before I started. Just this little sample I tried got me even more excited. Getting that one nail done now confirmed that it won't be as difficult as I thought it would be. Everything in this set is easy to use and of excellent quality. The only downside I had was the size of the tube. I'm curious to see how long it lasts / how many uses I can get from it. Another downside is that the base and top are mini bottles and I'll have to replace them soon. Also, it's actually a great starter kit and I can try what I like and buy bigger tubes later.
