The problems are pretty bad. Too late and too much hassle with returns, no OEM support.

I have ordered several of these phones for our small business. They worked fine initially, but after a few months all cordless phones started having what I think are battery issues. At the slightest touch, the phone turned off and restarted. It's very frustrating when you get a call and the phone turns off when you pick up to answer. Contacted Grandstream for support but no response. I am currently buying replacements for 3 of these that will work with our existing Grandstream corded phones/VoIP services.
