Basically fits, small modifications and works well.
This worked on my 2008 Lexus Rx350. I had to shorten it a bit because our key has a slight bulge at the end, so it didn't fit right away. Used a dremel tool to cut the plastic. There is a bit of a break where the key goes into the case. See image. But it works and it's a good price. So if you don't mind having Jimmy upgrade it, take it when you need a spare.
