Review on Fairtex Microfiber Military Sparring Training by Tyson Burch

Tight with hand bandages

Purchased military green F-Day BGV11. I understand that these gloves are snug but with bandages they quickly become uncomfortable. This caused a lot of pressure and added discomfort when working with the pouch. I hope this changes as the gloves break in and I will provide an updated review. Pros: These muay thai gloves offer ample padding on the wrist and back of the thumb. There are 7 vents (3 on the thumbs and 4 on the palm) to allow hands to breathe well. Syntex leather feels like a premium material; not as good as leather but almost on par with those who prefer a more ethical route. The finger sits well deep in the gloves giving you the feeling of more control and a better grip. It offers 2 handles; palm and fingers. These gloves have a slimmer design and don't feel bulky or clunky on your hands. As I said before, I hope these gloves will shrink more over time. Currently, bandages use the pinky to apply pressure to the back of the thumb and the edge of the palm. If the material loosens up, this will hopefully relieve that pressure. They feel great without bandages but will obviously make your hands sweat a lot more.
