I've had this charger for about 14 months, and it's performed flawlessly with about 3 uses per week. It's fast and super easy to use, and the display shows all the relevant details for those who care about such things. I've had issues with other chargers intermittently and randomly not working with my car (2015 VW eGolf), but never with this one, it's always plug-and-go.A couple weeks ago, I noticed the cord was starting to pull out of the wall plug slightly, and the insulation was starting to show. Operation was still flawless, but obviously it didn't feel terribly safe. I emailed Mustart support, and in less than a week I had a replacement charger. Not only did they acknowledge the issue right off the bat and say they'd already fixed it, but they didn't ask me to send the faulty unit back (and politely refused when I offered), so now I even have a spare! This is how to run a customer support team!Wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommended!
