I’ve had the 9.5 skillet for awhile and have loved it so I decided to order the larger 11” pan. When it arrived, it didn’t have the handle attached. Looking further in the box, I found the handle, but how to attach it? Back to the box, I not only found a screw and washer AND there was a full sized screwdriver included. Now that’s service! I love this company.
- Got this for making eggs and it is superb. Sister liked it so much she got one too
- The pan may not work on all types of stove tops
