Review on Stainless Steel 5-Ply Copper Core Legend Cookware by Stephanie Rivera

I've had the same non-stick cookware for 13 years. I decided it was time for an update. The first thing I noticed was that they were a lot heavier, but I could tell that was due to the higher quality compared to my old pans. I asked if the handles get hot during cooking and the answer was yes. The handles are warm, but not so hot that they burn you. I haven't used all the pieces in the set yet. So I don't know if that's the case for everyone. As for sticking, I expected it to be different than non-stick pans. I cooked the bacon and something stuck. I leave the pot in the water and then wash it. It's actually not that difficult to clean, but it's a bit different. In general I'm happy with the harness and hope to have it for the rest of my life as it says it has a lifetime guarantee (I'm 35 years old).
