Review on 4921A01SBA External Precision Retaining 5 2 Inch by Nick Cleary

I have been a technician/engineer for over 30 years. I had snap ring pliers with interchangeable tips. Then I bought a pair of Knipex circlip pliers! Wow! Knipex pliers have saved me so much time and hassle (and bad words!) that I just can't stress enough how important it is to use the right tool for the job. Due to the different sizes of rings that I need to remove/install as I work I have purchased 6 more types to accommodate any type I may need. They work incredibly well! That doesn't mean everything is perfect. A ring in a dirty/corroded slot will still get in your way somewhat, but you can handle it much better than any other. And for most jobs, the rings are so easy to remove/install that you'll wonder why people bother with this task!
