Very dissatisfied with NutriBullet Pro and Revain

I've been waiting for my NutriBullet Pro. The demo videos were great, most of the reviews were great. I couldn't be more disappointed, I don't think so. First I come home and find it on my porch in full view of all passers-by (as I always do), but the problem was that it hadn't been fixed. So everyone can see NutriBullet sitting on my porch. Second, it came through UPS. They are notorious for their rough handling of packages, so my purchase was not protected from UPS physical abuse. It was worn, the corners dented. Fortunately, the block inside was not damaged. To summarize these issues: the product does not come in an Amazon box that physically protects it and it does not advertise what I bought next door. Now the third problem is the product itself. Cheap. Mixes badly. Jump on the counter while shuffling. I used 1 cup milk, 1-1/2 cups frozen fruit chunks, and 1/2 scoop protein powder. It didn't take up much space in the cup. The instructions state that you need to fill the liquid up to the maximum mark. I made a cocktail for myself, not for the whole family. So just the bottom part twisted and turned. The thing would then bounce as another piece of fruit slid across the blades. This continued for a few minutes before all of the content finally spun around as it should. So now it's done and I have a huge cup, not even half full, put the lid on and go. I ordered this to replace my Ninja which is no longer working. I plan to send Nutribullet back and get another ninja. The ninja cup was about 14 ounces or so and my smoothie was ready in about 30 seconds or less. The unit had suction cups to keep it from bouncing on the counter. That was my first and last NutriBullet. Never again.

Pros
  • Works great for me
Cons
  • Doesn't go well with everything
