Update: I tried to use them but didn't pay attention to the cotton coming off the stick. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until I pulled out one that was completely missing the cotton tip. These tampons are terrible and you should look for another brand. I have requested a refund. First Review - I'm always skeptical of anything other than QTips. I wish I could listen to my inner voice. As with any other brand, the cotton comes off when I curl it at the top of my ear. It doesn't come off completely, but it no longer sticks to the stick. This results in several having to be used if a QTip is to do its job. Well, I will leave all 1000 and deal with it, but in the future I will never order anything other than QTips.
