It irons well, but not all creases on cotton are smoothed out. Thinner fabrics fit better and also cushion well. After two shots the heat just goes out, so it's really just a shot of steam, and then wait a while for another type of iron. That. It's perfect for that. I have no problems with leaks or drips.
