These adapters have changed my life! Now I can plug my iPad into a USB port to charge it in my car or computer. This thing has a special little plastic rectangle around the nut. USB-C female, so if you accidentally pull the cable, sit on it, or your friend or child, it's almost impossible to bend or deform to detect and chew or whatever. It feels like it is a strong high impact plastic and can last a long time. The only downside I can foresee is its size. Other than that, it's perfect for its design. Buy and be happy!
