I don't see any problems with fluoride as it forms a harder, more acid resistant enamel than hydroxyapatite, called hydrofluoroapatite. There's a good reason dentists use it. Xylitol is not only the main ingredient I've been looking for, but it's also a wonderful ingredient. It looks essentially like sugar to bacteria, but it kills the bacteria that consume it and reduces the population of oral microbes that poison teeth with acid. So it is an excellent anti-plaque agent. Most importantly for me, this blend of ingredients doesn't cause painful bumps on my tongue like many regular toothpastes do. So I will buy and use this toothpaste forever. This is my choice after a long search. And no stevia! I hate it. Tastes almost like peppermint gum. But better.
