Little tight for me, but thats more my fault the the shirts. It's got pretty good length and is not as see through as other reviews said. Good grip around the arms. This material does not stretch and I'm definitely maxing it out right now, we'll see what the next couple more months of diet and exercise do. Didn't seem to shrink too much if at all after wash, but I washed it on cold and ran it on delicate to dry. Over all a good buy.
