I like that it has everything in one place for my business to use; all of our accounts are combined into this system so nothing is missing! That's not an issue anymore since they have now merged with HubSpot which allows me access from anywhere via their mobile apps or desktop browser version -- Yay!! The email notification feature could be better but no big deal overall - there really isn't anything wrong here at first glance as far what we've seen thusfar using them (which admittedly hasn’t been much).
