Can't collect. Malfunction.
Damn. I can't get these screws to catch the thread. I don't see how the hell I'm supposed to assemble this thing. And that is EVERY SCREW. The only reason I was able to secure the top two bolts was so I could hold the nut on the other side with a wrench. But the larger screw that goes straight into the frame has nothing to hold on to on the other side. If you try to screw the screw in by yourself, it still won't engage. He is defective. I'm at a loss. Although this got over 4.3 stars, it looks like I'm not the only one having this issue. Buyer warning!
