I try to keep my wardrobe minimal so I don't have a lot of clothes. This means I can store a whole lot of clothes in my dresser instead of hanging them all in my closet. Because my dresser is very old, when storing clothes during the season (e.g. storing warm clothes in summer), there may be a slight musty smell from the clothes. It is very light and disappears after a quick wash, but is still noticeable. These small blocks of cedar wood fight musty odors directly with their aroma. It takes a lot of blocks in a box to fully resist Muff, but I like the fact that the smell of these blocks isn't strong. My clothes definitely have a slightly sweet smell from these blocks, but it's not strong. So I definitely recommend them for their intended use; Store (in large quantities) in a drawer, basket, or container used to store clothing. Especially if you want a natural method that doesn't involve chemicals or, more importantly, liquids. I'm sure there are many flavored liquid dispensers for situations like this, but I've always worried about dispensers leaking. That's no problem with these cedar blocks.
