Review on BOSTITCH by John Surabhi

As a professional tool user, I was dissatisfied with my BOSTITCH purchasing experience. Their website is straightforward and offers a variety of helpful resources, but the standard of their products and support is severely lacking. A set of power tools I ordered came severely damaged, with numerous scratches and dents. Damage was probably exacerbated by poor packing. I tried getting in touch with customer support, but the agents I spoke with were rude and dismissive, making it impossible to resolve the problem. When compared to other online stores selling the same products, I found BOSTITCH's prices to be higher than average, and their customer support to be unsatisfactory. Their website features product reviews, but I didn't find them to be reliable or helpful in making a purchase choice. It took me longer than I would have preferred to do research on the equipment I wanted to buy. In conclusion, I would not suggest BOSTITCH to anyone in need of superior tools and support. Their goods are of low quality, they come in cheap packaging, they have terrible customer service, and they charge exorbitant prices.
