I bought these shoes for my 3 year old son who is very careful about his shoes. I wanted a reasonably priced shoe that my son could slip on and off by himself, walk around in, and withstand the abuse of a 3 year old. These shoes fit the bill and for the price I would recommend them and buy them again but they would be even better if they had more reinforcement around the toes. **This is NOT a paid or subsidized review. If you find this review helpful, please click Yes - Thanks! PROS: *Price - These are well made, beautiful shoes at a very reasonable price. * Easy for my son to put on and take off, but not fall off. The Velcro has held up well so far. * The Velcro tab that holds them is large so there is plenty of room for error when putting them on and there are plenty of Velcro straps to ensure a good fit. * Looks good - my son likes them which is very important when you are three with no complaints. CONS: * As with all children's shoes, the toe area could have been reinforced even though he's worn them every day for a month and as you can see from the photos they don't add much bulk. * VERY light - so if for some reason you're looking for a heavier, more protective shoe, this pair isn't for you. Overall, I highly recommend this shoe and would buy it again.
