Very happy using Insights - great product

The ability to add products with very little manual work! I like that you can have specific pricing structures or tiers set up in advance, it has been helpful. Reporting could be better organized & more granular. As far as any downsides we are working through them. There hasn't really been one. We needed some custom fields/features added which was not something there in its standard plan. So this helped us get those extra features without having pay way too much upfront for our monthly cost of POS software. They were able to help create a custom feature just right for our business needs. I like the ability to have a mobile app to help with the sales process. I also like the ability to connect with my store in real time. I wish it had more features to help with the sales process. My store needs more features but I am able to use the mobile app to help with the sales process. I am able to connect with my store in real time and have it be able to send alerts to my store to let them know if I am on the go.
