I was already expecting the product to arrive very crumpled because I had read other reviews that it arrived vacuum packed. I was okay with that because I saw someone put it in the dryer and it got rid of most of the wrinkles (which I did and worked great). However, my issue was that upon installation I found that the strap was too short and as a result it was hanging down and not laying as flat on the seat as it should. This is the maximum belt extension and I don't know if it's just my car, but they should definitely allow more belt stretch to be compatible with all car models (I have a Honda Civic). I had no problems with the bed itself - it was of a pretty good quality. Edit: The company provided great customer service. They told me I didn't have to send the bed back but I already did as it didn't fit in my car. In addition to a full refund, they gave me additional credit for the inconvenience.
