A complete solution to meet our needs - from application creation through implementation of multiple applications in one platform with no need to migrate between different products or vendors throughout an extended period! It was so much easier than having separate systems that we could not synchronize very well (i have heard this addressed since ICI went private).

Nothing too serious but it would be nice if they continued working hard at integrating more features into their suite as competition heats up amongst other CRM providers out there such like Zoho etc.. The integration capabilities are still limited compared some others however its getting better every release though as expected when you work closely together over years/decades!! As stated by most people using these tools across various departments within SMEs globally; The ability to get all of your information into one system so you can manage it in real time with ease! Nothing really that stands out but great product overall!! It's very user friendly as well if not easier than other similar programs we've used before (like Sage). We are able solve many issues by using this program such having access from anywhere at anytime has been key when needing help or advice throughout our business day/weekend hours which helps us be more efficient & productive.
