Love the idea of getting filtered water with no waste. I was surprised that even the coconut fiber filter is considered eco-friendly. The cost of filters is a bit higher than I would like, but as filters become more available and used I see this becoming more manageable. I hate buying bottled water and worry about chemicals getting into my water so this gives me both the refillable aspect and filtered quality I'm looking for on the go. I found it easy to follow the instructions to fill out and use. It took me a while to get used to washing my hands, but there's a lot less plastic waste and I'm glad to be making the change.
