I put these tires on and it looks like they should last a few years in inclement weather and help extend tire life in the same hot Texas summer heat and sunshine . My only downside is that they are difficult to tie because you have to get behind the hoops to tie them if you want to. I didn't use the included cord to tie and instead used a short elastic cord to make things easier. However, a simpler method of tying would help if it could be done from the front with Velcro or some other method of attachment. front but I haven't seen it anywhere else so it works well and suits my tires really well. I recommend.
