I needed a really light and good steam iron for an operation. I used Rowenta irons but they were too heavy for my situation. This little iron is a real gem and all the information about it is correct. Even my husband likes it as he also irons shirts etc but the weight wasn't a problem for him. I've been ironing since I was young, now in my 70's, and found this iron just perfect and I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you can't lift heavier objects and need an easy to use iron and steam iron. Excellent. I wanted to write this because I was in dire need of a good light iron at the time, and because it was online and not in person so I could get my hands on it to check it out for myself.
