The whole plastic frame is a bit of a problem with buttons and chucks as I can tell they can break or bind. The back and forth drill is particularly difficult to throw and is a bit annoying. The bit holder in the handle is also impractical. The included screwdriver bit is longer than the handle and digs into your hand if it slips. It is best to leave the bit holder on the handle empty to avoid injuries. The short 6ft cord requires an extension cord. But for the price it's still a good buy. It's just not a tool actively used by professionals. Update: I've been using this for a while. You really want to remove the bits from the handle to avoid needle sticks. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it holds up. I've used it many times and my concerns about the plastic parts were unfounded. In fact, he's pretty strong. I still recommend this drill for DIYers who will use it occasionally, but not for professionals who want to use it intensively every day.
