I do not think the field of view is as wide as in the description. It's not wide at all. My main problem is that it keeps falling off my window. It sticks to the glass, but the bracket that holds the monitor separates from the adhesive. I cleaned everything, let it dry for a few days before attaching the monitor and it fell out with no weight. No matter what I do, it won't stay there. Now I have a big black decal on my windshield and a monitor dangling from the dash because I have nowhere else to hang. I would have returned it but my return window closed because it was too cold to install it right away and then I got sick so I didn't realize these problems existed until it was too late.
