I bought this to clean tools and other things during a restoration and it works great. My wife often uses it to clean tile/grout in the kitchen and bathroom and we both use it for cleaning of any kind. My only issue is that the battery life is quite short at around 15 minutes. So don't expect to get much done with it without multiple recharges. Haven't tried plugging it into a USB backup battery while in use, but it might be a decent solution for larger jobs, but renders cordless tools useless if you need to add a cable. Still a good tool for cleaning small surfaces such as stoves, motorcycle exhausts, car headlights, pots and pans and the like.
