The UI is very simple to use, it works with many different applications so you can build bots for almost any type of service out there. It also has a fairly good developer console which makes building bots fast. Sometimes when I need some feature in loki I don't find it easily or even if I do sometimes documentation isn't that clear (for newbies like me). If you have problems understanding how to create your own features then maybe this framework would not be as easy as others because of its more complex structure. We are solving all our customer support needs thanks to Loki.
