Review on SOLUTEK by Satish Tegan

I made a buy from the Solutek online store not too long ago, and their lackluster support staff really stunk. When I attempted to contact customer support about the damaged shipment they sent me, I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of empathy. After several tries, I eventually received a response, but the person on the other end was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about my problem. From a shop that claims to sell instruments and accoutrements, I was anticipating more. Solutek is no longer on my buying list.
