Review on ๐Ÿ”ด Renewed HYPERX Cloud II Gaming Headset for Multiconsole Use - Red by Ahana Sharma แ Œ

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Disgusting, will never recomend it for anybody!

I highly do not recommend. Problems await both at the beginning of the purchase and until the end of their service. I bought this thing on purpose so as not to suffer with a cheap product that breaks mechanically and expected that if I handle them carefully, they will serve me and serve me. But the manufacturer seems to have his own vision.

Pros
  • The advantage is that it looks solid, the packaging, the headphones themselves, the sound is not bad
Cons
  • "Happy" owner of these headphones. Kept three years, but! still broke. Further in detail. First: there are no settings, no . they offer to download third-party software in order to somehow configure the microphone and sound . Can you write your own software for these headphones? Second: In the first year of use, what happens to them is that these plastic squares break into which the iron arcs enter. Iron arcs put pressure on the plastic and in the place where the wires come out break cracks appear (photo), and they appear over time both on the right "square" and on the left. You will have to glue them or they will break. Third: the wire is dubbed at the very base. Just like a stick is all. The fourth 7.1 is ABSOLUTELY useless, the quality is so indistinct that 7.1 has not been used for three years and hours. Neither in films, nor in games, nor in music . just an overpayment of 1.5k. Fifth: Quiet microphone. The manufacturer has released a "fix" that must be installed after purchase! But in the end, you can still hear it quietly, they offer to install third-party software. Sixth: this is their complete breakdown, in fact, because of what I am writing this review. The speaker breaks. First, one died, the wires in the speaker coil come off, and for a second, it is smaller than a human hair, it is almost impossible to restore. Less than two weeks later, the second one also died. There were no mechanical effects. Perhaps the manufacturer has provided for the deliberate obsolescence of his product.
