How to Choose an Oven Thermometer
There are so many choices and quite a wide price range for oven thermometers these days. I needed it because my oven is 35 years old, I can't rely on it to be accurate, I enjoy cooking and probably won't have the money to replace it any time soon. I settled on this one after my typical research, thinking it might not be as accurate since it didn't cost me much, and if it did, I was willing to buy a more expensive one. It works great! Hooray for me and hooray for Polder!
