It works, but be careful.
This is such a useful tool BUT the tiny phillips point/flat head pops out and disappears into carpets or dark corners (or worse) in the middle of your work. If you are lucky you will find it quickly. Otherwise, expect to be on your hands and knees for a while to track it down, as the tool is useless without it. Other tips will work, but since the socket isn't magnetized, they fall out more easily than they fall in. Maybe some chewing gum would help. Just make sure the tiny ball lock thingy is securely locked in the tool. Otherwise, don't say I didn't warn you.
