The handlebar cover was a little tricky to put on, but after lying in the sun for 30 minutes it was pliable enough for my husband to slip it over the handlebars while I held it firmly. It's very secure. I installed it rotated 90 degrees (purple top and bottom, not left and right) so my hands rested on the super soft leather part most of the time. Someone else said to throw it in the dryer for a few minutes to stretch it out more.
