HP really should fire the person who came up with this idea. You must register with InstaInk to set up the printer. Was online with HP support for 2 hours to set up this printer. The only way it works is to register and provide a credit card. After 2 days I canceled and said I would be billed for a month of service. 2 days long? Call #2 to resolve this issue. The very next day, an e-mail said that the ink had been sent. A day later the printer stopped printing. Call #3 for a reprint workaround. The gentleman I spoke to said that 70% of his calls are for this particular model. WOW! The support service notified the company but they still haven't responded. This is how you treat your regular customers.
