Oh so thin! for straws

I've been looking for a reusable straw long enough not to fall into my water bottle and get lost after every sip when I came across these straws. I like heating the straw. And bend it into the best shape for me. I used a bowl of warm water and bent one into the perfect shape. This worked as expected. They are thin enough to fit the hole in the lid of my hydro flask. They're actually thin enough to fit over Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and Sonic straws. very narrow opening for liquid passage. This means it takes a lot of suction to push something through the straw. It requires so much suction that my face hurts when I try to drink. The small amount of liquid that comes out comes out in such a thin stream that it was difficult for me to get enough in my mouth to even taste the lemonade. Seriously, I couldn't taste the thin trickle of liquid that ran through the straw. The river is so thin that it takes quite a long time to take a small sip. I couldn't quench my thirst with a straw. I mistakenly tried drinking medicine through this straw to swallow my headache meds and ended up with the pills trying to melt in my mouth while not getting enough liquid in my mouth to push the pills away. a tool to help get fluids into my body and they fail in that regard. It takes a lot more force to push something through the straw than it should, and what actually goes through the straw is a slow trickle at best. So I call it a waste of money.
