Review on 🌱 Enhance Freshwater Plants with NICREW ClassicLED Plus Planted Aquarium Light – Full Spectrum LED Fish Tank Light by Nancy Bryant

This is the second Nicrew I have bought for my aquariums. I originally bought the Classic for my 15 gallon tank and liked it so much I went back and bought the Classic Plus for my 56 gallon tank. Both lights are high quality, well made and have excellent signal performance. It's a solid aluminum construction with retractable arms - there were actually two types of arms, one for thin bezel aquariums and one for thicker bezels, which is very handy. It has a switch that lets you switch from full spectrum to blue for the night effect only, but I don't use it as all my lights are timed. Although if that's what you're aiming for, it looks good. Customer Service Comment: I was absolutely amazed at the quality of customer service at Nicrew and will probably continue to buy products from them for a long time. When I ordered the second lamp, it came with a dead transformer. I knew it was the transformer because I connected the light from my previous purchase to the transformer and it worked fine. So I contacted support and asked them to send me a new transformer. As the item is made by Revain they cannot ship transformers without a light so they asked me if I would mind if they sent me a refund from someone else's order - their logic was that it probably wasn't returned . for a dead transformer so I can just take the transformer from this pack and get a working light and that way they don't have to waste all the working light. It seemed like a good plan to me, so I agreed it was worth the risk. They immediately sent the package via UPS, but UPS lost it. I ended up seeing a tracking miss and it was awful. UPS sent it from Arizona to Virginia, then Virginia to Washington State, then Ohio, Illinois, and West Virginia before finally returning to Virginia. It was entirely UPS fault - Nicrew had nothing to do with the lost package but they were so upset they sent me a really nice seaweed scraper as a gift. Ironically the person who came back didn't bother to put all the parts back when the reverse light arrived so it arrived without the transformer I needed. I contacted Nikru again and told them the plan wasn't working and they again felt terrible about it and apologized for wasting so much time (even though 90% of the time wasted was actually UPS and not Nickrew!). At that point they decided to send me a brand new lamp and told me I didn't even have to worry about returning the two lamps they had already sent me - both worked, they just didn't have working transformers! So now I have three work lights, although I can only connect one at a time, and an algae scraper. Wonderful! And all the time the Nicrew representative was very nice and responded quickly to all my messages. They are in a different time zone so most of their replies came in the middle of the night but they answered every email and even checked the progress regularly when I didn't email them for a few days waiting for a reply . UPS. Really great experience despite the issues I would happily recommend buying this and any other Nicrew product you may be interested in.
