Impressively well designed and engineered, this charger immediately convinced me I had made the right choice. It doesn't have smart charging and phone app connections like other much more expensive chargers, and I don't need them. I just wanted a faster charge than my 120v outlet. The box itself is smaller than I thought it would be but feels solid, thick and high quality compared to some of the flimsy and cheap chargers I've tried elsewhere. My VW e-Golf is now fully charged in about 6 hours instead of 14 hours at 120V. Most of the time I only charge for 2-2.5 hours with normal use, but I wanted to discharge the battery or get close to see how long it would take to fully charge. It moves impressively fast. The cable is also of high quality, easy to connect and store. If you don't need smart charging, this is the best charger.
