We got these pads for out teenage daughter who enjoys roller skating and skateboarding. We're pretty happy with them. The price is very reasonable, and the pads provide good protection thanks to the sturdy plastic surfaces that seem quite durable. We got these in the Large size which is definitely more geared to adults than kids. Our daughter is 5'6" 145lbs and these are a good fit for her. If you're ordering for a smaller person or a child, make sure to get one of the smaller sized sets. The velcro on these is nice and strong and holds really tight. I like the carry sack too. The only thing about these that seems less durable is the single stitched seams on the edges of the straps. I'd have hoped for double stitching for better wear resistance. Still, this set offers good protection and reasonably good quality at a fair price.
