Great little patch panel

Rulers will tell you that Keystone patch panels are a joke, but don't listen to them if you're building a small rack for your home, lab, or office. I chose Keystone for the following reasons: (1) I needed the freedom to switch cables and easily remap ports. (2) Not only did I need the network, I also needed the HDMI and USB ports. Punchdown panels are for 8P8C only. This was the only keystone patch panel I could find with 12 evenly spaced holes. Most panels have at least 16 ports (most of which would be hidden in my small rack) or with ports clustered or centered. This panel is beautifully designed and finished, and the keystones are easy to insert and remove.

Pros
  • MANAGES AND ORGANIZES your network's ingress and egress cabling. Customizable solution for a variety of applications including Ethernet, Voice, Audio/Video and USB.
Cons
  • So far so good
