It has been very helpful to us as our IT support company for managing and maintaining our AWS environment. Their services, skills and expertise have been great, they are always willing to help and go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied. I would like to see them offer more training opportunities, we need the ability to train our employees in their products. They do not offer this service which makes it difficult when hiring new staff. We needed help with managing our cloud environments so we turned to Genba. They helped us set up a solid infrastructure, gave us tips on how to manage our environment, and offered some assistance with migrating from other providers.
