I got what I paid for; Invest more and get better
Product feels very fragile. The parts don't make a full 360, so this is a left-handed headset only. The extension strap is very flimsy and sticks when you try to adjust it. So if you miss him, it really is. It connects quickly and sounds clear so far. You might still send them back as they don't feel like they will last very long.
