Ebay was telling me my item was possibly lost and that I could ask for a replacement or refund. I ask for a refund because it was 1-2 weeks past time to be delivered. The company told me they couldn’t issue a refund because it would be there such and such day. They then uploaded tracking, and I received the item a few days later. I wasn’t thrilled that I got the item super late, but the sweatshirt is great. The quality is great, it fits great, and I just love it. I would probably order again if I need anything else. Just plan accordingly for the shipment.
