I needed some steady lights for certain situations and went on a quest. Sometimes lightning just doesn't give you the control you want. I've always liked Neewer so I wasn't surprised to find their product met my needs. Wanted a kit with 2 headlights and pillars that were battery operated and wired. The rest didn't matter much. Well they have MUCH more than I need and they are very cool. High intensity LEDs that are fully adjustable. Change the temperature and brightness of the light. Change light color among millions of colors. Plug them into the wall or use batteries (2 per lamp). Open or close the barn doors. Use a matte light bar or don't use one. Anything you desire. Also very portable in a well designed carry case. Each lantern has its own security case, the stands fit well and there is room for small items. Love it. And did I mention you can adjust the light with the nice big knobs on the back OR with the smartphone app? Yes you can. Adjust both lights together or separately via the app. So comfortable. Well, these lamps have a feature that I don't know if I'll use, but you could. The lights can be used as "night lights" as strobe lights with different patterns. Nice gesture. So if you're looking for a relatively cheap steady light setup that offers plenty of options, this is for you. It offers a lot for the price. Consider it HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Love it.
